ROCKFORD (WREX)- The Ethnic Heritage Museum honors two women who bring diversity to the Rockford Area. The Hispanic gallery honors Lorena Belmonte Moctezuma. Her family immigrated to the US from Mexico in the early 60's. She is now a teacher at Barbour Language Academy. Bogumila sas is the Polish "Women in History" Honoree. She is the principal at Saint Stanislaus Church where she helps Polish kids integrate into the community.
